VIVOTEK VSS (VAST Security Station) is a professional video / central management software designed to manage all VIVOTEK IP surveillance products with intuitive functions and numerous features. It supports hundreds of cameras and stations in a hierarchical structure system for monitoring, recording, playback, and event trigger management with ease of use and efficient control.

VSS integrates VIVOTEK network cameras to provide diverse solutions and applications, with the cameras for uninterrupted video recording, Smart Search II, Smart VCA, and Cybersecurity management solutions. VSS performs remote management with a full range of the server & client structure and constitutes a robust system for various applications, such as stores, banking, and public space.

Seamless integration with Vision Object Analytics: cameras equipped with VIVOTEK Vision Object Analytics eliminate the need for complicated calibration and instantly send metadata to the server, saving you time configuring the camera, so you can plug in and get started.

Case Vault: helps you manage footage found through Deep Search, letting you organise clips and export detailed reports straight from your search results, simplifying the process of collecting and sharing key information with stakeholders.

Centralised management of surveillance and network: VSS lets you handle key tasks like PoE switch connections, storage space, and camera placements all from one spot, with real-time monitoring and alerts to keep your surveillance and network systems running well.

Device status monitoring: Health Monitoring (Beta) lets you monitor the operating status of system devices, including network cameras, network devices, hard disk storage, and connection/bandwidth counts, with ease. VSS Pro can reboot a disconnected camera remotely, and monitors the S.M.A.R.T. attributes of hard disks to issue a warning before potential damage occurs.

Flexible upgrade: VSS suits projects of every scale, from hundreds to tens of thousands of cameras, and from small and medium-sized enterprises to large-scale 24/7 operations, supporting up to 22,400 cameras.
