The VCA Technology IPAi65A05-MR is a 5MP IR Bullet AI IP Camera.
The IPAi65A05-MR carries a motorised zoom lens with autofocus, letting the field of view be narrowed or widened remotely after the camera is mounted, useful when the exact throw distance to a gate or doorway isn’t settled until installation.
It shares the same onboard analytics platform as the rest of the IPAi bullet line: intrusion detection and object tracking for the perimeter it’s usually watching, or people counting and queue management if it’s pointed at an entrance instead, all processed on the camera with no separate appliance. VCA’s analytics engine and Network Optix Nx Witness are both available as optional plugins, and up to 1TB of onboard storage keeps footage available if the network drops.
