The VCA Technology IPAi259-FR is a 12MP Compact IR Fisheye AI IP Camera.
At 12 megapixels, the IPAi259-FR carries plenty of resolution for a fisheye camera, useful where the full 360° dewarped view needs to hold up to digital zoom after the fact rather than just at the point of capture, useful when reviewing a large retail floor or atrium after an incident, for example.
It keeps the same onboard analytics as the rest of the IPAi line: object detection, people counting and queue management all run on the camera, well suited to the open, busy spaces a fisheye is usually covering, without needing a separate analytics server. Low-light performance and Power over Ethernet are standard across the IPAi fisheye range.
