VCA Technology ABP301: a hardware platform running VCAserver and Nx Witness together for deep-learning video analytics and event detection.
At up to 8 channels, the ABP301 is the entry point into VCA’s appliance range, sized for a single small site such as one retail store or a small warehouse, where recording and analytics for a handful of cameras need to run from one box rather than a rack of separate hardware. VCAserver and Network Optix Nx Witness are both loaded on the appliance out of the box, so cameras record straight to it and Ai analytics run on the same footage without a separate server to configure. The Al Bridge in front of VCAserver handles person, vehicle and object detection along with specific event types such as slip-and-fall, hand-held objects and shelf clearance, and VCAforensics can be added for post-event appearance searches across whatever the appliance has recorded.
